分子靶向药物治疗肺癌致皮肤不良反应的中医护理

TCM Nursing Care to Adverse Skin Reactions Induced by Molecular-Targeted Drug Treatment for Lung Cancer

目的观察中医护理方法对分子靶向药物引起的皮肤不良反应的疗效。方法在我科接受分子靶向药物治疗并出现皮肤不良反应的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者32例,采用情志护理、皮肤护理、用药指导、饮食护理等措施减轻皮肤损害。结果 30例患者皮肤不良反应得到明显改善,仅有2例患者无明显改善,总有效率93.75%(30/32)。结论系统的中医护理有助于改善分子靶向药物引起的皮肤不良反应,配合完成抗肿瘤治疗,并提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of TCM nursing measures of adverse skin reactions induced by molecular-targeted drugs. Methods Different nursing methods, including mental care, skin nursing, medication guide and diet care, were applied to 32 NSCLC patients with adverse skin reactions caused by molecular-targeted therapy to relieve skin lesions. Results 30 patients＇ adverse skin reactions were significantly relieved. Only 2 patients＇ condition were not significantly improved. Conclusions Systemic TCM nursing measures can successfully treat adverse skin reactions induced by molecular-targeted drug, and improve NSCLC patients＇ the quality of life.
