舒适护理模式在口腔门诊工作中应用的效果分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Application of Comfortable Nursing Mode in Oral Outpatient Service

目的针对口腔门诊患者展开不同护理模式对比,旨在了解舒适护理对患者口腔不适感恢复状态以及对护理满意程度的影响,优化护患关系,提升护理有效性。方法选取本门诊在2011年10月至2013年10月这两年时间内收治的口腔患者共76人,将其随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组采用常规护理方式,即针对口腔治疗情况进行护理;观察组患者在常规护理基础之上采用护理干预方式,了解两组患者护理效果以及患者治疗后对护理满意程度。结果观察组患者护理效果明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05),护理无效人数少且更偏向于显效程度,患者对护理效果满意率高,相对于对照组而言护患纠纷产生次数少。结论护理干预能够较好减少患者在口腔治疗过程中产生的负面情绪,让其在治疗过程中了解更多相关疾病自我护理方式,减少护患纠纷的发生,提升患者对护理评价程度,因此适合在临床上推广。

Objective This study aims to understand the effectiveness of comfortable nursing for patients＇ recovery and their satisfaction with the nursing care in oral outpatient service by contrasting different nursing modes, which contributes to optimize the relationship between nurses and patients and improve nursing effectiveness. Methods 76 outpatients selected from our clinic from October 2011 to October 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group utilized conventional care, namely, nursing corresponding to each patients＇ condition. The observation group adopted nursing intervention in addition to conventional care, upon which the nursing effectiveness and patients＇ satisfaction after treatment can be studied. Results Nursing effectiveness of the observation was obviously better than the control group （/9 〈0.05）, with less care-invalid patients and stronger effect. Patients of the observation group was quite satisfied with the nursing effect and fewer nurses-patients disputes arose. Conclusions Nursing intervention can reduce patients＇ negative emotions during the treatment, help them learn more self-care methods to related diseases, decrease nurse-patient disputes, and improve patients＇ evaluation to the nursing care. Therefore, it is suitable to be promoted clinically.
