摘要
目的:研究电针对老年性痴呆(AD)模型大鼠前额叶皮质(Prefrontal Cortex,PFC)神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)阳性神经元表达的影响。方法:以D-半乳糖腹腔注射和Aβ1-40海马注射诱导形成的老年性痴呆模型大鼠为研究对象。电针"大椎"、"太溪"、"肾俞"三穴,以免疫组织化学法检测大鼠PFC中nNOS阳性神经元的表达。结果:与模型组相比,电针组nNOS阳性神经元数量明显增多,具有显著性差异。结论:电针可能通过上调大鼠PFC中nNOS阳性神经元的表达,进而发挥抗老年性痴呆的作用。
To study the effects of electro-acupuncture therapy on Neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS ) positive neurons in prefrontal cortex (PFC) of rats with Alzheimers’disease .Methods :The AD model was established by abdominal injecting the D-galactose first and then hippocampus injecting β-amyloid 1-40 .Then“Dazhui”Point and“Taixi”Point and“Shenshu”Point were electro-acupunctured ,the expressions of nNOS positive neurons in PFC were detected by using immunohistochemistry .Results:In comparison with control group ,nNOS positive neurons were in-creased obviously in electro-acupuncture group .Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture may be by increasing the expression of nNOS positive neurons in PFC ,and thus play the role of anti-senile dementia .
