摘要 二硼化镁(MgB2)是重要的超导材料,在超导磁体等领域有着潜在的应用。本文介绍了MgB2超导块材、带材及薄膜,重点介绍了制备MgB2超导带材的粉末套管法以及制备MgB2超导薄膜的电子束蒸发法、共蒸发法和溅射法,指出了MgB2超导材料未来的发展方向。 Magnesium diboride(MgB2) is a kind of important superconducting materials, which has a potential application in the field of superconducting magnets. MgB: bulk, tapes and films are introduced in this paper, especially some preparing methods of the materials, such as powder in tube for MgB2 tape, as well as electron beam evaporation, co-evaporation and sputtering for MgB2 film. Finally the future development direction of MgB2 is pointed out.
