摘要
采用简单溶剂热法成功合成了具有高可见光催化活性的ZnO/mpg-C_3N_4复合光催化剂。利用XRD、TEM、FT-IR、UV-Vis等手段对样品的结构、形貌及光学性能进行了表征,并以亚甲基蓝(MB)作为目标污染物,对ZnO/mpg-C_3N_4进行了光催化降解评价实验。结果表明,采用溶剂热法合成的ZnO/mpg-C_3N_4复合光催化剂中,ZnO颗粒较均匀地分散在mpg-C_3N_4上,与纯ZnO及mpg-C_3N_4相比,可见光催化活性明显提高。当mpg-C_3N_4质量分数为80%时,ZnO/mpg-C_3N_4复合光催化剂的光催化活性最高,为纯mpg-C_3N_4的2.3倍。
ZnO/mpg-C3N4 composite photocatalyst with high visible light activity was successfully synthesized by solvothermal method, and characterized by XRD, TEM, FT-IR and UV-Vis. Methylene blue (MB) was used as the model substance to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the ZnO/mpg-C3N4 composite photocatalyst. The results indicated that ZnO particles dispersed uniformly on the mpg-C3N4 sheet, and ZnO/mpg-C3N4 composite photocatalyst exhibited much higher photocatalytic activity than the pure mpg-C3 N4 and ZnO. When mpg-C3 N4 mass fraction was 80% in ZnO/mpg-C3N4, the composite photocatalyst possessed the photocatalytic activity, which was almost 2.3 times as high as that of pure highest visible light mpg-C3 N4.
