风能用耐寒阻燃橡胶护套配方研究

摘要 以氯化聚乙烯和三元乙丙橡胶为骨架材料,研究了风能用耐寒阻燃护套配方。在对硫化、补强填充、增塑和偶联、老化和稳定体系进行选择后,确定了该护套橡胶的优化配方;对橡胶护套性能进行了测定,实验结果表明,护套橡胶性能优良,并简要介绍了胶料的加工工艺。 In this paper, the sheath formulation with cold and flame-resistance is investigated. CPE and EPDM were used as the base polymer. Based on curing system, reinforcing system, plasticizing and coupling system, aging and stabilizing system,the sheath compound has been determined. The properties of the cable sheath were measured. The results showed that the rubber formulation was excellent. The mixing process of rubber compound was briefly introduced.
