摘要
在电机转台伺服控制系统中,PID控制参数是影响系统控制精度及稳定性等方面的重要因素。为了确定较为准确的PID参数,首先要确定控制模型,并经过反复计算、修改、验证、评估控制效果。为提高整个过程的效率,研究了数据采集与处理方法控制效果,设计了基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW的数据采集、控制、数据处理的上位机软件试验系统,该系统改善了以往分散复杂的实验步骤。试验结果表明基于LabVIEW的电机转台数据采集及监控系统,对PID参数的确定,效率高、界面友好、操作方便,有利于提高伺服系统的参数准确性,提高系统精度。
In motor turntable servo control system, PID control parameters are the important factors that affect system control precision and stability. In order to determine more accurately the PID parameters, the first step is to make sure control model, and after repeated calculation, modify, verify and evaluate the control effect. To im- prove the efficiency of the whole process, the control effect of data acquisition and processing method are re- searched, PC software test system are designed based on virtual instrument LabVIEW that includes data acqui- sition, control, data processing, the dispersion complex experimental steps are improved. The test results show that the data acquisition and monitoring system in motor turntable based on LabVIEW helps to improve the ac- curacy of the parameters of the servo system and the system precision, to ensure the parameters of the PID, high efficiency, friendly interface, and is easy to operate.
