摘要
目的对锥叶柴胡的化学成分进行深入研究,为柴胡药材鉴别提供依据。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱和反相硅胶色谱等方法对锥叶柴胡的化学成分进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从锥叶柴胡中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为去氧虫胶红素(deoxyerythrolaccin,1)、槲皮素(quercetin,2)、山奈酚(kaempferol,3)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(bis(2-ethylhexyl)benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate,4)、(mulleinsaponin I,5)、柴胡皂苷b2(saikosaponin b2,6)、柴胡皂苷b4(saikosaponin b4,7)、柴胡皂苷a(saikosaponin a,8)、柴胡皂苷d(saikosaponin d,9)、(bupleurum saponin BK1,10)、柴胡皂苷c(saikosaponin c,11)。结论除化合物2、3外,其余化合物均为从锥叶柴胡中首次分离得到,并首次从柴胡属分离得到化合物1和化合物4。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Bupleurum bicaule Helm for identification and quality control of Bupleuri Radix. Methods Column chromatography of silica gel, sephadex LH- 20 and ODS were used to isolated the chemical constituents from B. bicaule Helm, on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence, the structures of isolated compounds were elucidated. Results From B. bicaule Helm, eleven compounds were isolated and their structure were characterized as deoxyerythrolaccin (1), quercetin ( 2 ), kaempferol ( 3 ), bis ( 2-ethylhexyl ) benzene-1, 2-dicarboxylate ( 4 ), mulleinsaponin I ( 5 ), saikosaponin b2 (6), saikosaponin b4 (7), saikosaponin a ( 8 ), saikosaponin d ( 9 ), bupleurum saponin BK1 ( 10 ) and saikosaponin c (11) respectively. Conclusions Except compounds 2 and 3, all compounds are isolated from B. bicaule Helm for the first time, compounds 1 and 4 are isolated from Bupleurum for the first time.
