摘要
调查表明,高职毕业生存在着初次就业思想道德素质低和就业几年后职业发展综合素质低的"两低困境"。高职院校必须加强人文素质教育,才能有效摆脱困境,彰显学校教育的本质特征。目前,高职人文素质教育存在地位偏低、课程开设不到位等问题,必须采取有效措施,增强高职人文素质教育的针对性和实效性。
It is indicated in the survey that higher vocational graduates face "Two Low Dilemma" of low ideo- logical and ethical quality in their initial employment and low comprehensive quality in their career development. We should strengthen humanistic quality education to solve these problems and manifest the substantive characteris- tics of school education. At present, there are still some problems such as low status of higher vocational humanistic quality education and insufficient curriculum planning. Effective measures must be taken to reinforce its pertinence and efficiency.
