摘要
以代表中国温带玉米主要杂种优势群的4个标准测验种(掖478、丹340、Mo17和黄早四)与筛选出适宜浙江省的30份特异玉米自交系为材料,利用SSR分子标记技术进行聚类分析。选用40对玉米SSR核心引物进行多态性扩增,在供试材料中共检测到169个等位基因变异,平均多态性信息量为0.63。其中26份自交系划为5个杂种优势群,8份自交系单独划为1个混合类群。
Four temperate key inbred lines (Ye478,Dan340,Mo17 and Huangzaosi)representing 4 heterotic groups used dominantly in China,and 30 specific maize inbred lines that suited in Zhejiang Province were selected for clustering analysis by SSR markers .Forty core SSR primers were selected, 169 alleles were detected in these inbred lines, and the average PIC was 0.63.The 26 inbred lines are classified into five groups , 8 inbred lines are classified as a mixed-group.
