摘要
秀珍菇(Pleurotus pulmonarius)经冷刺激后可以诱发子实体的形成。为了更好地了解秀珍菇在冷刺激后子实体发育的机理,本文利用抑制性消减杂交技术构建了cDNA文库。基于该文库,共检测到185条高质量的EST差异序列。根据序列比对分析,136条序列与已知基因同源,49条序列属功能未知。生物信息学分析显示136条序列按功能分属于23个大类。这些研究为秀珍菇变温结实的分子机理探究提供理论基础。
A transient cold condition can induce the fruiting body formation of P.pulmonarius.A subtractive cDNA library using suppressive subtractive hybridisation (SSH) was constructed for a better understanding of the molecular basis of fruiting-body formation of P.pulmonarius after cold stimulation.Based on the SSH library,a total of 185 high-quality ESTs were identified by up-regulated expression.BLAST searching against the Basidiomycota genomes from JGI showed that 136 EST sequences were homologous to previously known genes ,and there were 49 sequences with unknown function.A total of 139 ESTs were categorized into 23 functional groups.This information can help us better understand the molecular basis underlying the fruiting induced by cold stimulation in P.pulmonarius.
