摘要
用草酸盐络合物溶液喷雾干燥的方法制备得到了ZrO_2、Al_2O_3及其任意比例的复合粉料,研究了喷雾干燥所制得粉料的热分解行为、四方氧化锆结晶与生长及其稳定性。复合粉料中Al_2O_3作为连续相包裹ZrO_2颗粒,从而提高了四方氧化锆结晶温度,抑制其晶粒生长并阻止四方相向单斜相的转变。
ZrO_2-Al_2O_3 composite powder with alternative compositions is prepared by the method of spray-drying of oxalate complex solution. The crystallization, crystallite growth and the stability of tetragonal zirconia in the composite powder are studied with the help of X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy analysis. Al_2O_3 tends to be a continuous plase surrounding ZrO_2 particles in the composite powder, and thus increases the crystallization temperature of tetragonal sirconia, inhibits the crystallite growth, and prevents the tetragonal-monoclinic phase transformation.
