摘要
"减负提质"是我国教育改革的重要任务。当前存在过于依赖外在减负而导致减负实效不高的现实。自主减负是指学生通过优化学习过程与方法而对学业负担进行自我调节,进而创造"量力负担"并实现学习质量提升的一种减负方式。自主减负的理论分析与实践探索表明其在实现"减负提质"过程中的可行性与有效性。
Reducing students' learning burden has been one of most important thomes in China' s education reforms. Autonomous burden reducing is a new notion and method of burden reducing. It is different from the external burden - reducing which depends on the external influence of reducing learners' learning burden. Autonomous burden - reducing is a process which highlights the learners' autonomy by optimizing the learning process and methods and self - regulates the learning burden, and then create appropriate learning burden for himself to promote learning quality. Promoting the development of learners' autonomy will be key for the autonomous burden - Reducing, which will be an effective way to reducing learners" burden and promote the quality of education.
