摘要
教师共同体的建立与发展是学校变革性发展以及教师成长的重要途径,以友谊关系为取向的教师共同体建构有可能弱化教师共同体内异议的发表和创见的提出。友谊关系并非教师共同体建设的必要条件,对学生以及教育的深度承诺才是教师共同体创立的基础和必要条件。
The establishment and development of teacher community are important way for school transformative change and teach er development. The construction of teacher community by means of friendship relation will weaken presentations of dissents and crea tive ideas. Friendship relation is not the necessary condition of teacher community' s construction. The deep commitment to student and education is the foundation and necessary condition to teacher community' s construction.
