摘要
对组成点在Al_2O_3-ZrO_2-SiO_2系ZrO_2-A_(1.6)S连线上的三个熔制试样,依次在1350、1500和1650℃下保温8h进行热处理。高温热处理后试样的EDAX能谱表明:在趋于平衡的条件下,ZrO_2在莫来石中无明显固溶。
Three fused samples selected from the components on the ZrO_2-A_(2-(?))S line in Al_2O_2-ZrO_2-SiO_2 system were treated at 1350, 1500 and 1650℃ for 8h. In the case of approaching equilibrium, the solid solubility of ZrO_2 in mullite was found to be insignificant as shown by the results of EDAX spectra of the samples treated at high temperatures.
