摘要
为实现某导弹型号测试中触发行程延时开关的一致性和可靠性,设计了一种行程开关触发装置,分析了行程开关触发装置的机械结构,在ADAMS中建立了虚拟样机模型,并在ADAMS中进行动力学仿真。仿真分析了电磁铁吸合力、驱动力矩以及行程位移等参数,仿真结果验证了行程开关触发装置结构设计、实际应用的正确性、可靠性,为电磁铁型号选择、行程位移选择提供参考依据。
To guarantee the consistency and reliability of trigger the limit switch in a test of one certain missile type, a limit triggering switch device is designed. On the base of analysis of the mechanical structure, a virtual prototype model and the motion of the limit triggering switch device are simulated using ADAMS. The solenoid pull force, driving torque, stroke displacement and other parameters are analyzed. The simulation study indicates that the design of the limit switch triggering device structure is reasonable, the practical application are reliable. And results provide reference for the selection of solenoid model and stroke displacement.
