Test Analysis of the Verticality between Internal Thread and Bottom of the Filter Plate

介绍了滤清器盖板检测的现状,研究了滤清器盖板螺纹轴线发生倾斜与其投影的变化关系,提出了利用视觉传感器测量方法检测内螺纹与底面垂直度,最后通过大量的实验数据证明了该方法具有高效、高可靠性。

The present situation of filter plate detection is introduced. The relation between the tilt of filter plate screw axis and its projection is studied, the visual sensor measurement method is proposed. Experimental data show that the method has high efficiency and high reliability.
