化浊和血颗粒治疗缺血性脑血管病临床疗效总结

Clinical summary of Huazhuo Hexue granules in treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease

[目的]观察化浊和血颗粒对缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。[方法]200例缺血性脑血管病患者,随机分为观察组100例、对照组100例,观察组在西医综合治疗的基础上加用化浊和血颗粒,对照组予以西医综合治疗,疗程为3个月。[结果]化浊和血颗粒能够降脂、降低血浆黏度、及纤维蛋白原浓度,降低超敏,反应蛋白及血同型半胱氨酸水平,并且能够显著改善缺患者神经功能缺损评分。[结论]在西医综合治疗基础上,化浊和血颗粒具有多靶点、多角度的协同治疗效果,能够起到降脂抗凝、防止动脉粥样硬化斑块形成、改善血液流变学、抗炎及改善患者神经功能缺损评分,达到全面防治缺血性脑血管疾病及提高预后的目的。

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Huazhuo Hexue （regulating lipid and adjusting flow of blood） granules in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. [Methods] The 200 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 100 patients in each group. The observation group treated by Western medicine comprehensive therapy based on the use of lipid-lowering and Huazhuo Hexue granules, and the control group received comprehensive treatment of Western medicine. The treatment course was 3 months. [Results] Huazhuo Hexue granules could reduce plasma viscosity, fibrinogen concentration, high- sensitivity of C-reactive protein and serum homocysteine levels, and significantly improve the deficiency of neurological function in patients. [Conclusion] Huazhuo Hexue granule have a synergistic therapeutic effect with multi-target and multi-angle. It could play a lipid-lowering and anticoagulant effect and prevent the formation of atherosclerotic plaque and improve the blood rheology, having an anti-inflammatory and improving neurological function in patients, achieving a comprehensive prevention and treatment in patiens with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Huazhuo Hexue granule could achieve the purpose of improving the prognosis.
