“心痛膏”穴位敷贴治疗胸阳痹阻型冠心病心绞痛120例疗效观察

Clinical observation on the curative effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine for coronary heart disease in treating coronary heart disease and angina of stagnation of Yang in the chest

[目的]观察"心痛膏"穴位敷贴治疗胸阳痹阻型冠心病心绞痛短期疗效。[方法]202例患者随机分为两组,治疗组120例,对照组82例。治疗组在中西医治疗基础上给予"心痛膏"穴位敷贴治疗,每次6贴分贴于特定穴位,每次4 h,每日1次。对照组单纯为中西医基础治疗,无中药外敷。待1个疗程即两周后,记录对比治疗前后患者的临床症状(包括心电图变化等)、硝酸甘油用量,观察心绞痛发作频率和持续时间。[结果]结合"心痛膏"穴位敷贴治疗可有效缓解胸阳痹阻型冠心病心绞痛患者不适症状,改善心电图、减少硝酸甘油用量,心绞痛程度减轻、发作频率下降、发作时间缩短,从而疗效优于对照组治疗。[结论]结合"心痛膏"穴位敷贴短期治疗胸阳痹阻型冠心病心绞痛效果较好,有一定的临床推广价值。

[Objective] To observe the short-term curative effect of the acupoint application of Chinese medicine for coronary heart disease in treating coronary heart disease and angina of stagnation of Yang in the chest. [Methods] The 202 patients with the coronary heart disease and angina of stagnation of Yang in the chest were randomly divided into control group （n=82） and treatment group （n=120）, both groups treated with the conventional therapy. In addition to the conventional therapy, acupoint application of Chinese medicine for coronary heart disease was given to the patients in the treatment group, affixed to specific acupoints, 6 apptications each time, four hours at a time, once a day. After a course of treatment （2 weeks）, we observed efficacy and onset of angina frequency, duration, changes, nitroglycerin consumption and the changes of ECG. [Results] The symptoms of angina, syndrome, ECG and rate of nitroglycerin consumption of treatment group patients were significantly better than that of control group. [Conclusion] Combined with the acupoint application of Chinese medicine for coronary heart disease had an advantage than that of the conventional therapy on treating coronary heart disease and angina of stagnation of Yang in the chest. It has clinical value of popularization.
