摘要
在分析板间电连接器装联典型安装形式及存在问题的基础上,选取某型号航天器电源产品实物为分析对象,建立有限元分析模型,分析得出在不同焊接顺序和焊接温度下,印制板组件内部的应力场和变形量的变化规律,为正确选择板间电连接器的装联工艺提供了指导意见。
Based on the analysis of the typical installation and problems of the PCB electrical connector, established the model of the power source product in a certain satellite. Based on the finite element analysis, the variation rules of stress-stain fields under different soldering temperatures and soldering sequence are obtained. Point out its enlightenment for assembling of PCB electrical connectors.
