腭板缺失修复的动物模型实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :研究羟基磷灰石 -骨粘合剂复合人工骨作为植骨材料修复腭板骨缺损的可行性 ,为临床腭裂患者进行植骨术提供依据。方法 :对 4组共 1 6只狗腭板人为制造裂隙 ,用羟基磷灰石 -骨粘合剂修复腭板骨缺损。术后 4、8、1 6、2 4周分别处死一组试验狗 ,取上颌腭板进行 X线平片观察 ,同期扫描电镜观察骨愈合情况。术后 2 4周 ,处死最后一组狗前行腭板冠状位 CT扫描。结果 :手术创口 I期愈合 ,未发现明显的并发症和病理排斥现象 ,人工骨板形态规则 ,未见移位、塌陷、断裂。人工骨与受植床周围骨有较好的骨性愈合 ,骨量随观察时间延长而逐渐增加。结论 :羟基磷灰石 -骨粘合剂复合人工骨具有良好的组织相容性 ;具有良好的塑性、固位。 Objective:To study the feasibility of the compound artificial bone(HA Bone cement) in repair of hard palate cleft.Methods:The bone defects were made at the hard palate of 16 dogs.The compound artificial bone(HA Bone cement) was implanted in the right bone defects.The process of new bone formation was evaluated by X ray plain film and the scanning electronic mic roscope after 4,8,16,and 24 weeks(4 dogs in each group).The last group were examined using CT scaw.Results:NO significant complications and pathological rejection were observed after operations .New bone formation started after 4 weeks,the quantity of new bone increased with the time.Conclusion:HA Bone cement has good tissue compatibility,flexibility and readiness of fixing and ossifying.
