桃红四物汤合五苓散治疗急性踝关节损伤的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with Wuling Powder on Patient with Acute Ankle Injury

目的:探讨桃红四物汤合五苓散治疗急性踝关节损伤的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组采用桃红四物汤内服治疗,治疗组采用桃红四物汤合五苓散内服治疗。结果:对照组临床治愈12例,显效10例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率为88.57%,治疗组临床治愈16例,显效8例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率为97.14%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤合五苓散治疗急性踝关节损伤的疗效优于桃红四物汤。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect Of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Wuling powder on the treatment of acute ankle injury. Methods 70 patients with acute ankle injury were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 35 cases each group. The control group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction, while the treatment group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction and Wuling powder. Results In the control group, 12 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 9 caseswere effective, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 88.57 %. In the treatment group, 16 cases were cured, 8 cases markedly effective, 10 cases were effective, 1 cases was ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.14%. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with Taohong Siwu decoction, Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Wuling powder is more effective in the treatment of acute ankle injury.
