中药袋热敷配合针刺治疗腰椎病116例

Clinical Effect of the therapy of Herbal Bag Hot Compress Combined with Acupuncture on Patients with Lumbar Vertebra Disorder

目的:观察中药袋热敷配合针刺治疗腰椎病的临床疗效。方法:将218例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,中药热敷袋配合针灸治疗为观察组116例,常规的针灸组为对照组102例,每日1次,10次为1疗程。治疗3个疗程后,统计疗效。结果:观察组痊愈、有效、无效与对照组相比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药袋热敷配合针刺治疗腰椎病具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of herbal bag hot compress combined with acupuncture for treatment of lumbar vertebral disorders. Methods 218 patients with lumbar vertebral disorder were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 116 cases in the observation group were treated by herbal bag hot compress combined with acupuncture, while 102 cases in the control group were only received acupuncture treatment once a day, 10 times as a course. The curative effect was analyzed statistically after 3 courses of treatment. Results There were significant differences between two groups in the cure rate, the effective rate and the ineffective rate （P 〈 0.05） acupuncture has favorable clinical therapeutic effect Conclusion for treatment of Herbal bag hot compress combined with lumbar vertebral disorders
