摘要
为降低锰硅生产成本,对煤矸石在锰硅合金生产中的应用进行了介绍,从理论和生产实践两方面阐述了使用煤矸石调整锰硅合金渣型,实现高Al_2O_3渣的低渣比操作的可行性。根据生产实际阐述了煤矸石配入量对渣铁比、渣中跑锰、硅石利用率的影响,并分析了渣中各组元之间的相互关系。最终采用高煤矸石配人量、高人炉品位生产锰硅合金,结果表明,煤矸石对提高锰硅回收率、降低电耗均有一定的作用。
In order to reduce manganese-silicon production cost, introduced the use of gangue in the production of manganese-silicon, stated that useing gangue to adjust manganese-silicon slag based on theory and practice, to achieve the low slag ratio operation of high Al2O3. According to production practice, expouded the influence of gangue on slag rate, manganese running off and use ratio of silica, and analyzed the mutual relation of all elements in slag. Finally, adopted high additive amount of gangue and charge grade to produce manganese-silicon. The result shows that gangue is effective for the improvement of manganese-silicon recovery and reduction of power consumption.
