摘要
为提高大型矿热炉相关配套设施的技术水平,促进铁合金行业整体技术的发展,在低碳锰硅合金冶炼浇铸中采用"一体式"铁水包提高其自身使用寿命,并通过技术革新在包壁和包底引入牺牲反应堆提高合金质量,达到炉外微脱碳的使用效果,结果表明:"一体式"铁水包的寿命是砌筑式铁水包的3倍,有效炉外脱碳可达30%左右,收到了较好的预期效果。
In order to improve the technological level of supporting facilities of large scale submerged are furnace, and promote the technological development of ferroalloy industry, the integrated ladle is adpoted in the process of low carbon manganese-silicon casting to increase its working life. Moreover, by means of technical innovation, bring in sacrifice reactor at wall and bottom to improve alloy quality to attain the using effect of external decarburnization. The result shows the life of integrated ladle is 3 times as much as the masonry ladle, the effective external decarburnization can reach 30%, better desired effect is gotten.
