摘要
为降低烧结生石灰粉在运输过程中产生的粉尘污染,对生石灰粉气力输送系统的设计和技术特点进行了详细介绍,并结合该系统一段时间的运行实践,分析指出了其有待完善之处和改进的方向,并对运行效果进行评价和经济效益分析,综合测评结果表明,在烧结生产中使用生石灰粉气力输送技术是可行的、经济的、环保的。
In order to reduce the dust pollution of sintering quicklime in transport,this article describes in detail to the quick lime powder pneumatic conveying design and technical characteristics of the system. Combined with the department unified period of running practice, pointing out the deficiencies and the direction of improvement and evaluate the running effect and economic benefit analysis, conclusively think that the use of lime in sintering production in the pneumatic conveying technology is feasible, economic, and environmental.
