摘要
目的 建立冠盖藤药材中不同部位总香豆素含量测定方法。方法 采用UV法,以伞形花内酯为对照品,检测波长为325 nm。结果 在2.78~8.34μg.mL-1质量浓度内,对照品伞形花内酯的吸光度和浓度线性关系良好,r=0.999 0;冠盖藤藤茎和叶的总香豆素含量分别为0.094%和0.009 61%。结论 冠盖藤藤茎和叶的总香豆素含量差别较大;该法简便、可靠,为合理利用冠盖藤资源提供了参考和实验依据。
Objective To establish a method to determine the total coumarins in different parts of Pileostegia viburnoides Hook.f.et Thoms. Methods With umbelliferone as the reference substance, the coumarin was detected at 325 nm by UV. Results The absorbency and concentration of umbelliferone had a good linear relationship at 2.78-8.34 μg·mL- 1, r = 0.999 0. The total coumarins of stem and leaf of Pileostegia viburnoides were 0.094% and 0.009 61%. Conclusion The total coumarins of stem and leaf of Pileostegia viburnoides have major differences. The content determination method is simple and repeatable, which provides useful reference and foundation for reasonable utilization Pileostegia viburnoides resources.
