摘要 目的通过研究转化生长因子(TGFβ1)在大鼠睾丸、附睾中的表达特征,探讨其在男性生殖系统中的作用。方法用免疫组化SP法检测TGFβ1蛋白在青春期SD大鼠睾丸、附睾中的表达与定位。结果 TGFβ1在大鼠睾丸和附睾中都有特征性表达。TGFβ1蛋白在睾丸内表达于生精细胞、精子细胞、支持细胞和间质细胞胞质及顶体;附睾中表达于主细胞胞质内,附睾上皮亮细胞、晕细胞和基细胞中均为阴性。结论大鼠睾丸、附睾中TGFβ1蛋白的特征性表达提示,它们可由不同生精上皮细胞、间质细胞和附睾主细胞产生,可能以自分泌或旁分泌的形式作用于生殖细胞或间质细胞,直接或间接地影响精子的发生、发育和成熟过程,并与精子的活动和受精能力有关。 Objective To study the expression of TGF^I in the testis and the epididymis of adolescent male rats and explore its function in the male reproductive system. Methods The expression of TGFβ1 was detected in the testis and the epididymis of 10 adolescent SD rats by the SP immunohistochemical method. Results TGFβ1 protein was specifically present in the testis and the epididymis. In the testis, TGFβ1 immunoreactive particles were localized in the cytoplasm of spermatogenic cells, forming acrosome of spermatids, Sertoli cells and Leydig cells. In the epididymis,TGFβ1 immunonreaction was observed in the principle cells of whole epididymal epithelium, but not detected in the clear cell,halo cell and basal cell. Conclusion Specific expression patterns of TGFβ1 in the testis and epididparacrine way. Meanwhile, they may directly or indirectly affect the process of the spermatogenesis and spermiotelcosis. In addition, they have some connection with the sperm motility and fertility.
