结合人民日报社报刊综合业务楼工程,对长螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土后插钢筋笼成桩施工工艺、配套设备、机具、施工要点、质量控制中出现的问题及解决措施进行分析总结。通过对工程质量的严格控制,有效避免了工程施工中出现的缩径、断桩、虚桩等问题。实践表明选择该工艺进行施工取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

According to the practice of the People＇ s Daily project, an analysis of reinforcement cage after pressure perfusion concrete with long twist drill pore-forming method, relevant equipments, machines and tools, key points of construction, problems and solutions of quality control were introduced. Strict project quality control can avoid several problems efficiently, such as reducing diameter, pile breaking and virtual pile. A real practice shows that good social and economical benefits can be received after a conduction of the method.
