Construction of Lifting-up and Reverse-flow of Pumping Concrete of the People's Daily Project

在人民日报社报刊综合业务楼工程项目混凝土施工中,针对传统泵送混凝土顶升施工技术存在的问题,研发了泵送混凝土顶升回流施工技术。通过控制分流器的三片刀闸阀的开闭位置可以控制混凝土在"三通"中的流向或起到分流作用。介绍了此技术的基本原理及具体施工步骤及注意事项。实践表明,采用该技术取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

In the concrete construction of the People＇ s Daily project, the lifting-up and reverse-flow technique of pumping concrete is researched for the questions in the traditional pumping concrete. The flow direction and divided flow of the pipe tee is controlled by adjusting the location of three valves in the flow divider. The basic principle and concrete construction process and attentions of this technique are introduced. The result shows that the good economic and social benefits are obtained.
