摘要
讲述人民日报社报刊综合业务楼3榀双层壳体桁架格构组合柱的测量技术,详细介绍了双层壳体倾斜构件安装过程中采用的三维坐标控制、循环测控过程。在构件安装前利用计算机技术将每根倾斜构件的三维坐标计算出来,通过全站仪实时检测每根构件的安装过程,并在构件安装完成后设置循环测控板,随构件安装进行循环测控,总结其变形规律,并通过在后续构件吊装前预加反向变形值的方法,实现了建筑物的外形与设计状态最大限度的接近。
The measurement of a double shell which consists of three truss lattice columns and other truss girders in the People's Daily is described. 3D coordinates control and the process of cycle measurement and control are described in detail in the installation of double shell inclined components. 3D coordinates of each inclined component is calculated with computer technique before the component installing. A total station was used to detect the installation process of each component, and the cycle measurement and control plates were set up after the components installation finished. Cycle measurement and control was done while installing the components, and the deformation rules was summarized. By adopting the method of exerting reverse deformation in advance, the architectural appearance was the greatest degree close to the shape design.
