摘要
钢结构安装的进度管理是高层钢结构项目管理的一项极为重要的工作,通过介绍人民日报社报刊综合业务楼钢结构工程安装过程,分析总结了影响高层钢结构安装进度的主要因素,并提出了相应管理及对策以及施工过程中对施工进度计划的修正等一系列措施,有效地保证了结构工期。
Schedule management of steel structure construction is an extremely important part of project management of the high-rise steel structure. By introducing the People＇ s Daily project steel structure installation process, the main factors that influence the progress of the installation of high-rise steel structure are analyzed and summarized, and the corresponding management strategies are proposed, the construction time limit is effectively ensured.
