摘要
通过测定白三叶植株水浸液对大籽蒿、辣子草、狗尾草和苘麻四种杂草种子萌发和幼苗生理代谢的影响,研究白三叶对杂草的化感作用及其机理。结果表明:化感物质为含有酚类物质的白三叶植株水浸液对四种杂草具有明显的化感作用,随着其浓度增加,对杂草种子的发芽势、发芽指数、苗高、胚根长、鲜重等抑制作用增强,低浓度白三叶植株水浸液在一些指标上表现为有促进作用。白三叶水浸液对杂草幼苗具有改变呼吸强度和膜透性、降低叶绿素含量等作用,并在一些生理指标上也表现出低促高抑的现象。
The effects of the water aqueous extracts of white clover on germination and seedling's physiology of four plants were analyzed. The results showed that the water extracts of white clover had an obvious allelopathy effect on four weeds. With the increase in the concentration of the aqueous extracts of white clover plants, the inhibition on the germination, stem height, radicle length, fresh weight of plants were increased. However, low concentration of white clover water extracts had an active promotion on weeds. Further studies indicated that the white clover water extracts could change the intensity of respira- tion and permeability of cell membranes and decreasing their chlorophyll content; and in some other inde- xes, the extracts exhibited a promotion effect at low concentration and inhibition effect at high concentra- tion on weeds.
