摘要
杭州地铁1号线盾构隧道施工面临钱塘江潮、承压水作用,穿越卵石层、沼气层,下穿铁道线以及老旧建筑群等诸多技术难题。针对越江工程,分别从盾构机配置、结构防水等方面进行处理;针对穿越沼气层,提出集沼气预释放、加强通风监测及制定管理标准于一体的方法;针对下穿铁路,提出基于主动加固和土仓压力波动设计的变形控制方法;针对穿越建筑群,提出变形控制的分区、分类措施。
Many technical problems appear during tunnel shielding of Hangzhou subway line one such as action of the Qiantang River tide and confined water, shielding through cobble layer and methane layer, under-passing railway lines and old building groups. Measures including shield machine configuration and waterproof design of structure are adopted in constructing cross-river tunnel. Methane pre-release, ventilation monitoring enhancement and regulatory standards development are combined to shield through stratum rich in methane. Deformation control method including active reinforcement and earth pressure flexible configuration are proposed to under-pass railway lines. Building deformation control measures during under-passing vary from building types and their positions relative to tunnels.
