通过对我校十年来劳动课教学探索与实践的总结．根据新形势下高等教育目的和人才观更新要求，对劳动课教学进行了发展创新，引入了目标管理。

The labouring class has been held for 10 years in our college. Through the summation of it,with the demand of the educational purpose and the qualified personnel under the new situation this paper emphasizes developing and blazing new trails in the labouring class teaching. It introduces object management makes constru- ctive suggestions strengthening and improving this class fartherly.
