摘要
针对目前我校教职工住宅装修的情况．在调查了解的基础．从６个方面分析了不合理装修带来的隐患．提醒人们装修应谨慎小心，严格按照装修程序办事；学校部门应健全装修管理制度，并设立监理机构．
Directed at the situation of the residentia fitting-up in our college, this paper analyzes six respects hidden dangers caused by unreasonable fining-up on the basis of investigation and research, reminds that people should strictly comply with the fitting-up procedure for a safe, perfects fitting-up management system. and founds supervisory office.
