用介质谐振器稳频的调频制毫米波源的性能研究

摘要 本文提出了一种性能价格比较高的毫米波调频源方案,并对该方案进行了实现,获得了较为满意的结果。在36GHz下,线性调频范围为25MHz;输出功率大于3mW;频率稳定度优于1×10^(-4);开机后60min内,温升频率漂移小于4MHz.其性能可供一路彩色电视信号的传送。在短距离可移动通信系统中,有较好的应用前景。 This paper present a newly developed millimeter-wave FM source employing the 36GHz frequency band, which obtains comparatively higher performance-cost ratio as well as better characteristics. with a linear FM band width of 25 MHz, an output power of 3mW, and a frequency stability better than 1×10^(-4), the frequency value varying with temperature can be less than 4MHz in 60 minutes after the set on. with all its properties, the equipment, which is small and light, makes it possible of transmit one channeel TV information and a good application to short-distance, transportable communication system canbe anticipated.
