十堰市艾滋病疫情分析

Analysis on HIV/AIDS epidemic situation in Shiyan City

目的调查十堰市艾滋病感染趋势和流行特点，为预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对十堰市累计报告的人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染者和艾滋病（AIDS）患者疫情资料进行统计分析。结果十堰市1998--2012年累计报告HIV／AIDS共411例，其中男性244例，女性167例，男女比例为1．46：1；年龄以20～49岁为主，占77．62％；职业以农民为主，占71．29％；传播途径以性传播为主，占54．02％，其次为经血液传播，占39．42％。结论十堰市艾滋病感染者以男性青壮年为主，性接触为主要传播途径。该市应根据流行特点，采取相应防治措施。

[ Objective ] To investigate the epidemic trends and characteristics of HIV/AIDS in Shiyan City, provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control work. ~ Methods] The epidemic data of reported HIV/AIDS cases in Shiyan City were analyzed statis- tically. I Results] A total of 411 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported in Shiyan City from 1998-2012, which included 244 male cases and 167 female cases, and the male-to-female ratio was 1.46 ： 1. Most of patients were people aged 2049 years old, accounting for 77.62%, and 71.29% of cases were farmer. The main route of transmission was sexual transmission, accounting for 54.02% , fol- lowed by the blood transmission, accounting for 39.42%. E Conclusion l HIV/AIDS patients are mainly young men, and the sexual contact is the main route of transmission. It is necessary to take appropriate preventive measures based on the epidemic characteristics.
