摘要
实施投资项目后评价是加强对建设项目全过程管理的一项重要措施，对提高投资管理水平和投资效益有着重要作用。针对石油企业特点，确立了投资项目后评价的原则和程序，提出了实施后评价的具体方法。
Post evaluation of investment projects is an important measure to enhance the whole process management of construction projects. It can improve investment management levels and maximize investment benefits. In viewing of the characteristics of petroleum enterprises, the principles and procedures of post evaluation of investment projects are established and the specific .methods to carry out post evaluation are also presented in this paper.
