摘要
溢流口直径是影响原油预分水旋流器性能的重要结构尺寸。实验证明 ,减小溢流口直径能提高旋流器的脱水效率 ,而引起的压降略有上升可忽略不计。但是 ,溢流口直径不是越小越好 ,直径过小 ,中心油核不能顺利从溢流口中排出 ;若溢流口直径过大 ,液体过早倒流 ,过多的液体沿旋流器端面流入溢流出口 ,所以溢流口直径过小或过大都会导致分离性能变坏。溢流口直径的大小应与分流比相适应 ,而分流比要根据入口含油浓度合理选择 ,所以在生产过程中 ,要求旋流器溢流口直径与处理液含油浓度应有一定匹配关系 ,以提高旋流器的脱水效率。
The diameter of the ovechow hole has great impact on the perfonnance of a hydrocyclone for high water-cut crnde predissociation Experiments prove that decreasing rationally the oveffeow hole diameter can fmprove the dewatering efficiency of the hydrocyclone with an increase of pressure drop neglectable If the ovettiow hole diameter is decreased excessively, the central oil colunin can not be discharged Therefore the ovettiow hole diameter should be detemiined by the split ratio which is selected according to the inlet otl content To iniprove the dewatering efficiency of the hydrocyclone, the ovechow hole diameter should be niatched with the oil content in the liquid to be treated.
