摘要
低频脉冲采油利用声波作用于油层 ,起到疏通渗流孔道、降粘熔蜡、降低油与地层粘滞力的作用 ,提高油井产量。低频脉冲采油系统由地面控制系统、动力传输承载电缆和低频脉冲发生器三大部分组成 ,产生的冲击波频率可在 2 0~ 2 0 0Hz内根据地层压力和油层岩性随机调整 ,处理油层的最终效果取决于振动场能量大小和频率的选择。低频脉冲采油仪于 1997年先后在大庆、辽河、新疆和胜利等油田使用 ,效果明显 ,已累计在全国各大油田处理油井 160多口 ,增产原油 30多万t,创工业产值 3亿多元 ,被列为中国石油天然气集团公司新技术推广应用项目。
