研究了以盐酸和异丙醇为原料 ,氯化锌为催化剂合成氯代异丙烷的工艺条件 ,并对反应动力学过程进行了分析。结果表明 :反应在适宜工艺条件下 ,氯代异丙烷的收率为 81 .6%。本征动力学方程为 r =k[Zn Cl2 ]2 .8[HCl][(CH3 ) 2 CHOH],表观反应活化能为 72 .3 1 k J/ mol,催化剂活性组分可能为 [(Zn2 Cl5) -·(H3 O) + ],反应以 SN1和
The reaction conditions and reaction mechanism were studied on synthesis of isopropyl chloride from isopropanol and hydrochloric acid catalyzed by zinc chloride. The results showed that the yield of isopropyl chloride is 81.6% under the optimum reaction conditions. From the experimental results, we obtained the kinetic equation: r=k [ZnCl 2] 2.8 [HCl][(CH 3) 2CHOH]. The apparent activation energy is 72.31 kJ/mol and the active component of the catalyst may be [(Zn 2Cl 5) -·(H 3O) +]. The coexistence of S N1 and S N2 type reactions was proposed.
