高切低挂术治疗高位肛瘘

High Resection and Low Thread Drawing for High Anal Fistula

为观察高切低挂术治疗高位肛瘘的疗效，将200例高位肛瘘患者随机分为两组，每组100例。治疗组采用高切低挂术治疗，对照组采用传统的低切高挂术治疗。对比分析两组疗效，观察两组术后治愈率、疼痛积分、术后创面愈合时间、术后创面瘢痕宽度等指标。结果显示，治疗组显著优于对照组。结果表明，高切低挂术治疗高位肛瘘具有治愈率高、复发率低等优点，疗效满意。

In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of high resection and low thread drawing for high anal fistula,authors divided 200 cases of this fistula into treatment group and control one randomly,gave above procedure to treatment group ,while routine low resection and high thread drawing to control group; then analyzed and compared the therapeutic effect of both groups, including the curative rate, pain score, time for wound surface healing, wound surface scar size, etc after operation. As results, in above items treatment group was all superior to control group which show that compared with routine procedure high resection and low thread drawing for high anal fistula has such advantages as higher curative rate, lower recurrence rate,etc,its therapeutic effect is satisfactory.
