朴硝散坐浴配合外敷马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗嵌顿性混合痔105例疗效观察

Self-design Puxiao Powder for External Washing and Sitz Bath Associated with External Smeared of Mayinglong Shexiang Hemorrhoids Ointment in the Treatment of Incarcerated Mixed Hemorrhoids of 105 Cases

为观察自拟朴硝散外洗坐浴配合马应龙麝香痔疮膏外敷治疗嵌顿性混合痔的疗效，将135例嵌顿性混合痔患者分为两组，治疗组105例采用自拟朴硝散外洗坐浴配合外敷马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗，对照组30例采用1：5000PP液外洗坐浴配合外敷马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗。结果显示，经过5d治疗后治疗组105例中，显效61例，有效38例，无效6例，总有效率94．3％；对照组30例中，显效7例，有效18例，无效5例，总有效率83．3％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结果表明，采用自拟朴硝散外洗坐浴配合外敷马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗嵌顿性混合痔是一种简单有效的方法。

This study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids with self- design Puxiao powder for external washing and sitz bath associated with external smeared of Mayinglong Shexiang hemorrhoids ointment. The 135 patients with this hemorrhoids were divided into treatment group and control group;treatment group （ n =105） received above therapy,control group（ n =30） adopted 1 ： 5000 PP solution for external washing ＆ sitz bath and Mayinglong Shexiang hemorrhoids ointment for external smeared. Results showed that after treatment of 5 days in treatment group 61 cases were of excellent response,38 of response, 6 of non-response, and total effective rate was 94. 3%, meanwhile, in control group,7,18,5 and 83.3% ,respectively thus there was significant difference between both groups（ P 〈0.01）. Results show that self-design Puxiao powder plus Mayinglong Shexiang hemorrhoids ointment is a simple and effective therapy for incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids.
