摘要
介绍了LH 0 1G及LH 0 2加氢脱硫催化剂 ,及其在炼厂气加氢净化工业侧线装置上同现用国产工业催化剂的性能对比试验。催化剂的XRD分析显示两种催化剂活性组分的分散性较好。加氢脱硫结果表明 :在 2 30℃时 ,LH 0 1G催化剂的烯烃饱和率为 6 8.4% ;装有LH 0 2催化剂的反应器出口气的硫含量低于 0 .5 μg/g。由LH 0 1G和LH 0 2组成的催化剂体系具有好的低温烯烃饱和性能及高的加氢脱硫活性 。
Hydrodesulfurization catalysts LH 01G and LH 02 were evaluated at an on site pilot plant for refinery gas purification and in comparison with the original commercial used catalysts. The XRD analysis showed that the active components of the said two catalysts exhibited good dispersivity. The hydrodesulfurization result showed that at 230 ℃, the olefin saturation degree of LH 01G catalyst was 68.4%; the sulfur content of the outlet gas from the reactor loaded with LH 02 catalyst was less than 0.5 μg/g. The said catalyst combination had good low temperature olefin saturation performance and high hydrodesulfurization activity, which enabled the treated refinery gas met the purification demand at a rather moderate temperature and higher space velocity.
