坤泰胶囊联合奥硝唑局部应用治疗老年性阴道炎疗效观察

Curative effect of kuntai capsule combined with ornidazole local treatment on senile vaginitis

目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合奥硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法将90例老年性阴道炎患者分为2组,每组45例。对照组给予奥硝唑阴道栓剂,每晚1粒,7 d为1个疗程;观察组在给予奥硝唑的基础上同时口服坤泰胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次,连服2个月。2个月后比较2组患者治疗效果、阴道清洁度及表层细胞百分比。结果观察组总有效率为95.6%,高于对照组的总有效率(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗后阴道清洁度均得到改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组阴道清洁度改善较对照组显著,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑联合坤泰胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎较单用奥硝唑治愈率更高。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of kuntai capsule combined with ornidazole treatment on senile vaginitis. Methods Ninety senile vaginitis patients were divided into two groups,with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given ornidazole one pill in every evening,7 days as a course of treatment; based on this,the observation group was given kuntai capsule 4 pills,three times per day for two months. After two months,the curative effect,vaginal cleaning graduation and percentage of surface layer cell were compared between the two groups. Results The total curative effect rate in observation group and control group were 95. 6% and 80. 0% respectively; there was statistic difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment,the vaginal cleaning graduation improved after treatment in the two groups（ P〈0.05）; after treatment,the vaginal cleaning graduation in observation group was better than that in control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cure rate of ornidazole combined with kuntai capsule treatment on senile vaginitis is higher than that of ornidazole single treatment.
