SAPHO综合征1例 被引量：1

摘要 SAPHO（synovitis-acne-pustulosis-hyperostosis-osteomy-eliti）综合征,即滑膜炎、痤疮、脓疱疮、骨肥厚、骨炎综合征,是一组以骨关节病和皮肤损害为特点的疾病,骨关节病变无特异性,皮肤症状可缺失,诊断较为困难.在临床工作中遇到1例SAPHO综合征患者,为加深对SAPHO综合征的认识,结合近年来的相关文献,对其临床症状、影像学表现进行归纳总结.
