我国石油工业已进入稳步发展的壮年期 ,东部老油区将挖掘潜力 ,尽可能推迟或减缓产量递减 ,西北和海上将实现产区的战略接替并开拓战略后备区 。
The article points out that China's oil industry has entered its manhood stage of steady development.The old eastern oil region will tap potentials,putting off or slowing down as much as possible its reduction of oil output,while the northwest and sea oil regions will accomplish their strategic take over and develop into a strategic reserve regions.China will make full use of its two resources and two markets so as to guarantee the oil demand of its sustainable economic growth.
