摘要
目的科学的健身运动可以使我们远离亚健康,使我们生活得更健康、更幸福。方法要求针对不同的亚健康状态、不同的人群,选择最佳的有针对性的运动处方。结果只有科学的生活方式和体育锻炼才是预防和摆脱亚健康的有效对策。结论体育锻炼是预防和消除亚健康状态的最佳手段。要想使体育锻炼成功地干预亚健康,前提是运动的合理有效。
Objective: to keep away from sub -health and live healthier and happier by scientific sports. Methods: chooses the most effective and targeted exercise prescription against different states and groups of people in sub - health. Results : only the scientific living styles and sports are the effective measures to prevent and get rid of sub - health. Conclu- sion : sports is the best way to prevent and eliminate the state of sub - health. The measure for successfully intervening sub -health, which precondition is the effective and reasonable sports, is to by sports.
