摘要
目的探索促进中医护理人才培养的方法。方法将2010年至2012年招录的69名西医护理专业新护士列为培训对象,进行为期1年的中医护理导师制结合"西学中"培训,对中医基础理论与中医操作技能进行有计划、较规范的培训,并评价培训效果。结果经过1年的培训,新护士中医理论知识和中医技能考核成绩、综合素质测评成绩较培训前提高(P<0.01)。结论运用导师制结合"西学中"培训,提高了新护士中医理论知识和中医技能考核成绩,提升了新护士的综合素质,有利于中医护理人才培养。
Objective To explore the method of promoting the training of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing personnel. Methods Sixty - nine new nurses enrolled in 2010 -2012 graduated from western medicine nursing received one -year nursing tutorial training of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with "western" training, and were trained on the basic theory and operation skills of Traditional Chinese Medicine in a planned and standard way. The training effect was evaluated. Results After training, new nurses" theoretical knowledge and skills of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and comprehensive quality increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The tutorial system in combination with "western" training can improve new nurses theoretical knowledge and Traditional Chinese Medicine skills, promote new nurses'comprehensive quality and is advantageous to the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing personnel training.
